Kim Min-ji, a cast member of Netflix's dating show 'Single's Inferno 5', has spoken out about plastic surgery rumors.
A recent video titled 'Single's Inferno 5 Q&A with Kim Min-ji' was uploaded on her YouTube channel 'KIMMINGEE'.
In the video, Kim Min-ji held a Q&A session answering subscribers' questions. When asked by a viewer, "I'm genuinely curious, I saw some talk about plastic surgery on Reels, did you have any?", she humorously replied, "I don't think you're being genuine." She added, "I haven't had any plastic surgery. When I look at my old photos, they are quite awkward. Wearing braces made my mouth protrude."
After a brief pause, Kim Min-ji candidly admitted, "Who gets prettier just by having braces? I did get some fillers. My nose and forehead have fillers." She further revealed, "I've recently become aware of cosmetic procedures," and jokingly added, "I didn't expect to look prettier just by having braces and a bit of filler," bringing laughter.
Previously, after appearing on 'Single's Inferno 5', old photos of Kim Min-ji surfaced, sparking plastic surgery rumors. Online reactions included comments like "The change in appearance is suspicious," and "It seems like more than just braces."
Kim Min-ji, a former track and field athlete, gained the nickname 'Karina of Athletics' after her competition photos went viral. Since gaining fame on 'Single's Inferno 5', she has been actively participating in variety shows like 'Kick a Goal' and 'Knowing Bros'.
