Young K from DAY6 joins 'Amazing Saturday' as a new member, filling the void left by Park Na-rae and Key.

On the October 28th episode of tvN's 'Amazing Saturday' (also known as 'Nolto'), Young K made his debut as a new member, alongside guests WOODZ and Cho Jae-joo.

Young K's surprise entrance was met with astonishment and warm welcomes from the cast. Host Boom humorously revealed that a fake script was given to maintain the surprise, saying, "You should have told us about the new member."

The entire cast was taken aback, especially Shin Dong-yup and P.O, who had recently met Young K. Shin Dong-yup shared, "I recently had drinks with Young K, and he didn't mention anything," to which Young K replied, "I just said I had an important shoot on Friday."

Young K expressed his excitement and nerves, saying, "I'm so thrilled and nervous that I couldn't sleep well. I'll do my best. Please take care of me." Previously, Park Na-rae, Key, and 'Short-mouthed' Sun had left the show due to allegations of illegal medical procedures.

Meanwhile, guests WOODZ and Cho Jae-joo shared their connection. Before enlisting, WOODZ had a two-hour singing battle at Cho Jae-joo's store, and during his service, Cho Jae-joo debuted and began gaining popularity. The two, who have been neck-and-neck on music charts, described themselves as "collaborators and competitors," showcasing their friendship.

Cho Jae-joo, who is not only a singer but also showcasing his variety skills, mentioned, "I have a mentor in variety shows, and it's Moon Se-yoon," revealing their connection through co-hosting 'Kim Joo-ha's Day and Night.'

Moon Se-yoon shared, "Cho Jae-joo is funny even in the waiting room, but he gets nervous when asked questions on air. He was reading from the teleprompter, and when the next part didn't show up, he panicked."

Cho Jae-joo admitted, "It was the biggest crisis of my broadcasting career," and added, "When I was called back to 'Nolto' after five months, I thought, 'This is my chance.' I thought I was becoming a regular, but it turned out to be Young K," sharing his bittersweet feelings with humor.
