Family therapist Lee Ho-sun recently shared her impressive 10kg weight loss journey.
On the 26th, the YouTube channel 'Seo Writer Interview' featured a video titled "Professor Lee Ho-sun EP.2: Three Things You Should Never Give Up on as You Age."
In the video, Lee Ho-sun appeared as a guest, engaging in a conversation with broadcast writer Seo Ji-yeon about "Things to Be More Ambitious About as You Age."
She added, "We should be ambitious about our bodies. While we can't change our faces, we can maintain our bodies. There is a lot of good information on YouTube."
Revealing her 10kg weight loss, Lee Ho-sun smiled and said, "Don't I look slimmer? My face has become half its size." She continued, "Interval training is a really effective exercise."
She also advised, "When it gets tough, make sure to wear knee pads. Initially, I couldn't do it for even 10 minutes, but now I can do it for 40 to 50 minutes. It's a process of building a measure of health."
When Seo Ji-yeon suggested it would be good to do when feeling annoyed or angry, Lee Ho-sun humorously added, "Instead of fighting indoors when you're upset, go outside and do interval training. Living longer is the best revenge," causing laughter on set.
