TV personality Jung Ga-eun recently opened up about a terrifying incident involving her 6-year-old daughter choking on a highway.

On the 25th, Jung Ga-eun appeared on the KBS variety show 'Living Together with Hwang Shin-hye,' where she engaged in a parenting discussion with actresses Jang Yoon-jung and Hwang Shin-hye. During the show, Hwang Shin-hye shared her own experience of receiving a call during filming about her daughter struggling to breathe due to an apple allergy, which left her in shock.

When Hwang Shin-hye asked if anyone else had experienced something similar, Jung Ga-eun responded, "It's not an allergy, but..." She then recounted, "While driving on the highway, my daughter Seoyoon, who was sitting next to me, choked on a hard candy," shocking the cast.

Jung Ga-eun described the tense moment, saying, "She was coughing, but I couldn't stop the car on the highway. I kept patting Seoyoon's back while driving, unsure of what to do." She continued, "Fortunately, I found a shoulder to pull over and hit her back. The sky looked so blue at that moment," adding, "I never give her hard candy anymore."

Jung Ga-eun debuted as a model in 1997 and gained recognition through the tvN show 'Rollercoaster.' She married a businessman in 2016 and had a daughter, but the couple divorced two years later. She is now a single mother of nine years.
