On the YouTube channel 'Hong Seok-cheon's Treasure Box,' a video titled 'Top Gay Chooses Sexy Long-Haired Gem Lee Ki-taek' was uploaded.
In the video, when asked about his popularity during school days, Lee Ki-taek humbly responded, "It wasn't that much." When Hong Seok-cheon and Kim Ddol-ddol suggested that he must have received many gifts on his desk, Lee admitted, "It's not that I didn't receive any." Hong Seok-cheon then remarked, "Then you weren't unpopular," adding, "You must have received some from the boys too."
Lee Ki-taek shared that he majored in architecture in college and worked as a model before starting his acting career. When asked by Hong Seok-cheon about his motivation, Lee explained, "Since I wasn't in a theater or film department, I was wondering what to do. At that time, seniors like Kim Young-kwang and Hong Jong-hyun were very active on TV, so I thought I should start with modeling."
Later, while discussing his projects, Lee mentioned the drama 'Bon Appetit.' When asked about a kissing scene with co-star Yoo Jung-hoon, Lee revealed, "There's a scene where we kiss while showering." Hong Seok-cheon jokingly replied, "You should have asked us about it."
Lee also announced his appearance in 'Efficient Meetings of Single Men and Women.' Hong Seok-cheon asked, "Looking at your filmography, you've played various roles. Is there a role you want to take on in the future?" Lee responded, "I'm not limiting myself to one thing. I want to do everything, so I'm preparing and practicing with an open mind."
When Lee expressed his admiration for actor Lee Byung-hun, Hong Seok-cheon asked, "Are you aiming for the Academy Awards?" Lee replied, "I'm working hard. As I gain more experience and build a diverse filmography, I want to aim for that." Hong Seok-cheon encouraged him, saying, "There's nothing you can't do. Lee Ki-taek has the potential to become a great actor." Lee then playfully said, "I think I could kiss," prompting cheers from Kim Ddol-ddol and Hong Seok-cheon. Hong Seok-cheon added humorously, "Since you're going to Hollywood, you should open up about these things."
