On the latest episode of MBC's 'Hangout with Yoo,' aired on the 21st, Jung Joon-ha found himself embroiled in allegations of embezzlement and dining-and-dashing, following similar accusations against Yoo Jae-suk.
The episode featured Yoo Jae-suk, Haha, Joo Woo-jae, Heo Kyung-hwan, Jung Joon-ha, and Park Myung-soo gathering for a spontaneous trip to Gangwon Province. During the outing, suspicions arose when Jung Joon-ha reported, "We have 80,500 won left in the fund," only for the production team to counter, "There should be 130,500 won. It seems someone didn't pay 50,000 won."
Jung Joon-ha, who initially claimed innocence, pulled out 50,000 won from his pocket, saying, "Then this must not be my money." He explained, "I thought I paid 100,000 won and took back 50,000 won." However, the production team revealed, "We covered the breakfast bill because it wasn't paid," adding to the controversy.
With the dining-and-dashing accusation added, the members criticized Jung Joon-ha, saying, "There's no thief like this." Yoo Jae-suk, who had previously stepped down from his treasurer role due to a 7,000 won embezzlement issue, stripped Jung Joon-ha of his treasurer duties by taking away the money envelope.
Despite Jung Joon-ha's explanation that he had no intention of embezzling, Yoo Jae-suk insisted, "We need to go to the Gangneung police station." The members expressed distrust towards the 'embezzlement duo,' questioning, "Why do financial mishaps keep happening?"
Park Myung-soo threatened to post about Jung Joon-ha's police booking on social media, to which Jung Joon-ha responded, "My mom would be shocked." Yoo Jae-suk empathized, saying, "I received a lot of calls last time about 'Yoo Jae-suk embezzlement.'"
Heo Kyung-hwan commented on the situation, "Someone incapable took on a heavy responsibility. They must face the consequences." Haha added, "It's not about the amount, but the attitude." Yoo Jae-suk concluded with humor, "Let's go now. We can head to the police station," leading Jung Joon-ha away with laughter.
