K-pop girl group X:IN is set to release their latest mini-album.
X:IN, consisting of members Isha, Niz, Nova, Hannah, and Aria, is launching their fourth mini-album 'Hyper', which encapsulates the most aggressive and flexible sound experiments possible at this time.
With this album, X:IN maximizes performance-driven energy by using vocals as a sound layer. Each track features a different genre approach and non-traditional progression, boldly breaking the existing K-POP norms and proving their self-designed musical direction.
The title track 'Dazzle Flash' is an experimental track that stands at the boundary of familiarity and novelty, combining Drift Phonk with a house structure. Its heavy low-end and anti-drop structure heighten the tension, capturing listeners' attention with intensity. The track maintains X:IN's signature powerful energy while expanding the group's musical spectrum.
The album also features 'No Clarity', which blends synth sounds with sophisticated vocal layers, 'Coming Home', which harmonizes lyrical melodies with the members' warm tones, and 'Who Dat', which impresses with its intense hip-hop beats and powerful rapping. These tracks showcase a wide range of genre adaptability, enhancing the album's overall completeness.
X:IN's new album, a milestone in proving their value through musical experimentation, is expected to deliver a fresh shock to global fans. Through this release, X:IN aims to solidify their position as irreplaceable artists with unique energy.
Meanwhile, X:IN's fourth mini-album 'Hyper' will be available on various online music platforms today (20th) at 6 PM, with the physical album set for official release on February 27th.
