Updates on actor Choi Bul-am's health have been shared by fellow actors.
On the October 19th broadcast of MBN's 'Special World,' actor Im Hyun-sik met with fellow actor Park Eun-soo to discuss the current status of Choi Bul-am, whom they both connected with through the drama 'Country Diary.'
Im Hyun-sik explained that he has been experiencing psychological distress after recently losing close colleagues, including actors Lee Soon-jae and Kim Soo-mi. He was seen visiting Lee Soon-jae's columbarium and later attempting to burn scripts from his past works in his yard, only to stop midway.
Park Eun-soo, who visited the scene, expressed concern over the health of veteran actors during their conversation. He remarked, "Some of our senior colleagues are not in good health, and I'm worried about how to approach this," adding, "Choi Bul-am is also not doing well."
Park Eun-soo further encouraged Im Hyun-sik, saying, "We shouldn't keep closing things off; we need to open them up and look at them. We have a lot of work to do," as Im Hyun-sik was organizing past records.
