Renowned broadcaster Kim Gura will step in as the MC for the final round of KBS2's debate survival show 'The Logic'.
In the finale of KBS2's 'The Logic' (directed by Kim Tae-jun), the top 10 contestants, who have advanced through the intense '1:1 Blind Matchup' in the fourth round, will engage in a final showdown under the topic 'The necessity of actively attracting immigrants to address the population crisis'.
The 100 players, who have been fiercely debating the overarching theme of 'immigration', greeted Kim Gura with enthusiastic applause as he appeared as the MC for the 'Last Logic'. Shortly after meeting the top 10, Kim Gura posed a provocative question, asking, “How does it feel to be rejected by your opponent?” He also didn't miss a player's change in expression during the debate, prompting them with, “Is there a reason you smirked while listening to the opponent's argument?” to encourage rebuttals.
To a player who was particularly targeted by the opposing side, he remarked, “You seem assertive and smart, let's see if this approach continues,” showcasing his sharp wit. He also conducted an impromptu mid-debate poll to smoothly guide the discussion.
As the top 10 enter the final round, they will engage in a three-stage battle consisting of an opening statement, free-for-all debate, and closing remarks, with the winning side determined by a final vote from 90 participants. The team in favor of attracting immigrants argues, “It's really too late when you think it's too late,” while the opposing team counters, “It's just a way to put out a fire.” The players reveal that they are continually swayed by the sharp logic of the top 10, expressing, “We are persuaded again and again...” The anticipation builds to see who will emerge as the ultimate 'Logic Master'.
The final episode of KBS2's 'The Logic' will air on the 19th at 9:50 PM and will also be available for streaming on the online video service Wavve.
