Former Sechs Kies member Jang Su-won has released the full version of his controversial Bali vacation video.

On the 15th, the YouTube channel 'Jang Su-won Hae-yo' uploaded a video titled 'A 1-Year-Old at a Luxury Bali Resort... Is It Okay?' The thumbnail drew attention with the phrase 'Controversial Bali Trip.'

Jang Su-won and his wife traveled to Bali with their 1-year-old daughter. They flew first class and arrived at midnight, effectively losing the first day of their trip.

The couple was pleased with their accommodation, which featured a private pool, but their daughter, unfamiliar with water, refused to go in, causing some disappointment. Jang Su-won, who went for a solo workout, reminisced, "I came to this resort in 2019 for a Sechs Kies variety show."

Upon discovering a kids' pool, Jang Su-won prepared to take his daughter on a water slide. His wife advised, "Just make sure water doesn't get on her face," to which Jang confidently replied, "I'll hold her."

However, an accident occurred. As Jang Su-won slid down, he lifted his daughter, but they both ended up submerged. The startled child coughed, seemingly having swallowed water, and Jang apologized, "Sorry, sorry. I let my guard down."

Jang's wife expressed her distress, "I told you not to scare her. Why did you do that?" while hiding her face as if crying. Jang, surprised, said, "The slide was faster than I thought. I should have checked the water depth. Is mom crying?"

Jang reassured his daughter, "This wasn't how I imagined it. I'll take you on something more fun next time," and smiled as she recovered. His wife, however, worried about potential stomach issues, saying, "If she has diarrhea today, it's your fault." Jang joked, "Doesn't it remind you of mom's amniotic fluid?" prompting his wife to playfully hit his shoulder and sigh.

Fans commented, "It's not just about swallowing water, but Bali Belly. Even adults get stomach issues from Bali water, so imagine the worry for a baby," "Please be understanding; they worked hard to have their daughter," and "Kids grow up like this, swallowing water. Don't blame yourself too much."

Previously, Jang Su-won and his wife had pre-released a short clip of their Bali trip on January 29. The clip showed Jang sliding down with his daughter, who ended up coughing after swallowing water. While Jang brushed it off, his wife was seen covering her face, leading to a debate over their parenting style.

As the controversy grew, the production team clarified, "Jang's wife wasn't actually crying. The atmosphere wasn't that serious, but the editing made it seem so. We'll be more careful with editing in the future."

Jang Su-won married stylist Ji Sang-eun, who is a year older, in 2021. After nine IVF attempts, they welcomed their daughter, Jang Seo-woo, in 2024.
