On October 12, Sim Ha-eun posted on her Instagram, saying, "Even though I kept telling myself 'I'm okay,' my body was deteriorating," along with several photos.
The photos reveal Sim Ha-eun documenting her daily life while raising three children. She mentioned, "Thankfully, I'm recovering after coming out of the cave," but also noted her weight, saying, "I realized I'm 70kg."
She shared, "My thyroid, lymph nodes, hip joints, and skin redness were all over the place," expressing gratitude towards her children, "I'm so thankful to my three kids who are growing up well despite everything."
Previously, in November last year, an entertainment outlet reported Sim Ha-eun's involvement in the bankruptcy of the postpartum care center 'Donggeurami.' The outlet claimed, "Sim Ha-eun received a salary from this center since 2016, and the center provided a corporate vehicle to the Lee Chun-soo and Sim Ha-eun couple." It also alleged, "There are records of a monthly rent of 2.6 million KRW being transferred to Sim Ha-eun's account between 2017 and 2018."
Sim Ha-eun married Lee Chun-soo in 2012, and they have a daughter, Joo-eun, born in 2013, and twins, Tae-gang and Joo-yul, born in 2020.
