The agreement aims to expand a space-occupying marketing model where artists' music and videos are showcased in offline spaces frequented by consumers.
'Teureobwa' is a jukebox service that broadcasts music videos and audio tracks through displays and audio systems installed in high-traffic venues such as restaurants, bars, and cafes.
Under this partnership, the two companies will collaborate on JJ Music Group's SOFA project and new album releases by focusing on teaser and music video broadcasts in 'Teureobwa' affiliated stores nationwide. They will also conduct experiential promotions and pre-release events for store visitors.
Notably, 'Teureobwa' will offer artists a video and image verification service to confirm the actual broadcast status in stores, enhancing transparency in marketing execution. Additionally, they plan to provide artists with data reports on the number of stores broadcasting, play counts, and regional responses to build trust.
Summit Play CEO Tae-Hyun Oh stated, "In an online market where thousands of tracks are released daily, capturing the public's attention is increasingly challenging. Through this MOU, 'Teureobwa' will offer artists a live stage for their music and provide the public with the joy of discovering new music in their daily lives."
'Teureobwa' intends to expand partnerships with various entertainment companies, leveraging offline store infrastructure to build a robust marketing ecosystem.
