'Building Owner' marks Ha Jung-woo's return to television after 19 years, drawing significant attention. Ha Jung-woo plays Ki Soo-jong, a man who buys a building with loans and dreams of a redevelopment windfall. However, when his building is at risk of being taken away, he fights a tearful battle to save it.

The first stills of Ha Jung-woo reveal the gritty daily life of Ki Soo-jong, far from the glamorous image of a building owner. To pay off his loan interest, Ki Soo-jong works as a delivery driver, managing an old building with hopes of becoming a 'god-like building owner' someday. The suspense builds as viewers wonder what dangerous events will unfold around the building that Ki Soo-jong has poured everything into.

Expectations are high for Ha Jung-woo's performance as he portrays the transformation of an ordinary man into someone caught in a downward spiral. His acting is expected to heighten the suspense of the drama, showcasing his talent in extreme situations. As this is his first TV drama in 19 years, the choice of 'Building Owner' and the character of Ki Soo-jong has piqued interest in the story that captivated him.

The production team stated, “We couldn't imagine anyone other than Ha Jung-woo for the role of Ki Soo-jong. Watch as his irreplaceable performance keeps viewers on the edge of their seats each episode.”

Directed by Im Pil-sung, known for films like 'Antarctic Journal' and 'Persona', and written by novelist Oh Han-ki, a recipient of the 7th Young Writer's Award, the drama premieres on March 14 at 9:10 PM.
