Kiseok will star as the male lead 'Junho' in the musical 'Sunny Ten', which will run from March 3 to July 5 at the JTN Art Hall 1 in Daehangno, Seoul.
'Sunny Ten' is a retro jukebox musical that has captivated audiences each season by reinterpreting familiar classics with a modern twist. This season, featuring Kiseok, promises an enriched cast and a more profound stage setup, garnering significant attention even before its opening.
Kiseok's character, Junho, is a TV producer whose projects often go awry, embodying the so-called Murphy's Law. In a bid to secure a show under his name, Junho must win over the heart of the director's daughter, Hye-young, within ten days, promising a blend of humor and excitement.
This marks Kiseok's first foray into musicals, where he is expected to deliver a stable performance, drawing from his solid live and stage experience gained through his group activities. Fans are eagerly anticipating the new charm Kiseok will bring as he expands his career into musicals.
Meanwhile, fellow DKZ member Mingyu is currently performing in the musical 'Secretly, Greatly'.
