On the October 7th episode of KBS2's variety show 'Mr. House Husband Season 2', the ongoing conflict between Lee Min-woo and his parents, who decided to move to Namwon, was highlighted.
Recently, Lee Min-woo's family, which includes three generations living together, faced disagreements over childcare methods, leading to realistic conflicts. During the broadcast, Lee Min-woo was shocked to learn that his parents had suddenly moved to Namwon, their hometown.
Upon moving to Namwon, Lee Min-woo's parents expressed, "We've come to Namwon. It's peaceful and nice here. We'll live comfortably on our own. You live your life," indicating their decision to live separately. Lee Min-woo responded, "What did I do to make you feel this way?"
His parents also raised their voices, saying, "We've done enough. We've been sincere, so why do we need to report everything?" Their mutual concern for each other only fueled the conflict. Lee Min-woo eventually burst out, "If it's hard to take care of us, then don't. I'm begging you, don't," while his mother retorted, "I don't like it when you raise your voice and talk back."
In the end, Lee Min-woo shared his feelings, "I wouldn't do this if I didn't care. I'm a parent too, shouldn't I be given a chance?" His mother, in an interview with the production team, revealed her deep affection for her son, saying, "Seeing Min-woo's photos made me cry. Looking at his photos from when he was active, he was so young then." She also expressed her longing for her grandson, saying, "I miss him even if I don't see him for a day."
