Comedian Jo Hye-ryun has expressed her enthusiasm for acting.
On the 7th, the YouTube channel 'Hawasu' released a video titled '[Live] Hye-ryun's Shocking Statement That Surprised Myung-soo (feat. Doni)'.
In the video, Jo Hye-ryun was seen actively promoting the play 'Educating Rita' by putting up posters. When Jung Joon-ha asked, "You don't get paid for this, right?", Jo Hye-ryun smiled and replied, "I get paid a little."
Jo Hye-ryun, who recently lost 4kg for the role, explained, "The first Rita was Choi Hwa-jung, followed by Jeon Do-yeon, Lee Tae-ran, Gong Hyo-jin, and Kang Hye-jung."
Jung Joon-ha, who has also performed on musical stages, praised 'Educating Rita' and jokingly spread fake news by saying, "There are a lot of lines, so you read from a script, right?"
Jo Hye-ryun, the only female member of the legendary MBC variety show 'Infinite Challenge's predecessor 'Reckless Challenge', reminisced about her chemistry with Park Myung-soo, saying, "Jo Hye-ryun has become prettier. I was happy back then." Park Myung-soo, who once playfully knocked Jo Hye-ryun onto the grass, expressed gratitude, saying, "Hye-ryun accepted everything."
Park Myung-soo recalled being scolded by a producer for using the word 'curling iron' in a rap comedy, which led to his fear of making mistakes. Jo Hye-ryun shared, "That segment disappeared. Since I needed to appear to get paid, I appeared as a passerby in the popular segment 'Our Mom'."
Park Myung-soo, who once acted flirtatiously with Jo Hye-ryun, admitted, "My acting was sleazy. I could have become unemployed with just one word from Hye-ryun, so I flattered her." Jo Hye-ryun explained, "Since then, Myung-soo has been very caring and loving towards his family. Despite being tired after filming, he worked as a nightclub DJ. People don't know how hard he works."
Jung Joon-ha revealed, "Back then, Park Myung-soo liked Jung Sun-hee." Park Myung-soo clarified, "It was Jung Sun-hee I liked, not Hye-ryun. Hye-ryun had a strong influence, but I didn't like her in that way," causing laughter.
Meanwhile, Jo Hye-ryun discussed her challenging role as Gollum, saying, "Even if asked to do it now, I could. For the sake of the work." Jung Joon-ha expressed amazement, saying, "It's almost like being stripped naked," to which Park Myung-soo praised, "Hye-ryun is an actress before she is a comedian."
