Actor Jung Bo-seok is riding the trend wave.

On the 5th, Jung Bo-seok shared a video and several photos on his Instagram with the caption, "Our bakery has launched Dubai chewy cookies, also known as 'Du-chewy cookies'."

In the shared posts, Jung Bo-seok is seen dressed in a suit, holding Dubai chewy cookies in both hands. He commented, "These Dubai chewy cookies are not actually from Dubai. They're not too sweet and have a fun texture. If you're interested, please visit our store."

Previously, Jung Bo-seok opened a bakery with his son in May 2021 in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, but closed it in 2024. He explained on MBC's variety show 'Radio Star' that after appearing on the show, the bakery became extremely popular, causing long lines and parking issues in the neighborhood. Out of consideration for the neighborhood, they closed the original location and expanded to a new one.

Jung Bo-seok also mentioned his recent promotion from unpaid to paid staff. He said, "My son needed me," adding, "He officially asked me to model, so now I get paid. I receive 5% of the sales as a running guarantee."

Born in 1961, Jung Bo-seok debuted in 1986 with the KBS drama 'Baekma Goji'. He has delivered memorable performances in dramas such as 'Ambition' (1994), 'See and See Again' (1998), 'Mermaid Lady' (2002), 'Shin Don' (2005), 'Giant' (2010), 'Monster' (2016), and 'Oh! Samkwang Villa!' (2020). In 1989, he married a non-celebrity who is four years younger, and they have two sons.
