Kim Ji-hoon Joins Coupang Play's New Series 'Infidelity Isn't the Issue'
Actor Kim Ji-hoon has confirmed his role in the Coupang Play series 'Infidelity Isn't the Issue'. In the series, Kim will star alongside actress Kim Hye-soo, who is 11 years his senior, as a married couple.

On the 5th, Big Picture ENT, Kim's agency, announced, "Actor Kim Ji-hoon will appear in the Coupang Play series 'Infidelity Isn't the Issue'. Known for his transformative performances that surpass expectations with each project, Kim Ji-hoon is set to deliver another powerful presence."

'Infidelity Isn't the Issue' is a black comedy that revolves around a popular influencer couple who have been selling the image of a happy family, and their neighbors, a doctor couple embroiled in a messy divorce. The plot thickens as they become entangled in secrets that make infidelity seem trivial, leading to a series of chaotic collisions.

In the series, Kim Ji-hoon plays Jae-hong, the husband of Kyung-hee (played by Kim Hye-soo), who lives in the shadow of his successful wife. Kim is expected to anchor the narrative with his commanding presence as the characters' desires reach a fever pitch.

Kim Ji-hoon has demonstrated a wide acting range across various genres, including dramas and variety shows. Last year, he appeared in several notable projects such as SBS's 'Royal Palace', Amazon Prime's 'Butterfly', Netflix's 'Thy Will Be Done', TVING's 'Dear X', tvN's 'Annoying Love', and Netflix's variety show 'Crime Scene Zero'.

Thanks to his impressive performances, Kim Ji-hoon received the Best Actor in Fantasy at the 2025 SBS Drama Awards, the Best Actor in Drama at the 45th Golden Cinematography Awards, and the Best Actor in OTT at the 2025 Seoul International Drama Awards. In January, he was also honored with the Multitainer Award at the 2026 Korea First Brand Awards.
