Han Ji-hye Shines in 'Beloved Thief' with Dual Role as a Mysterious Nun
Actress Han Ji-hye captivates viewers in 'Beloved Thief' as she unveils the hidden depths behind her serene nun character. After marrying a prosecutor in 2010, she welcomed a daughter into her life.

In episodes 9 and 10 of KBS 2TV's weekend mini-series 'Beloved Thief,' aired on January 31 and February 1, Han Ji-hye's character is revealed to be a pivotal figure in a grand scheme, heightening the tension to its peak.

Han Ji-hye masterfully portrays the dual nature of her nun character, with a gentle smile and a fleeting, chilling gaze. Previously, the nun investigated rumors about Gil-dong and appeared before Hong Eun-jo (played by Nam Ji-hyun), who was in despair after losing her father, Hong Min-jik (played by Kim Seok-hoon). She shared the pain of a mother who lost her son to the king.

The nun revealed that Gil-dong's name would be used to represent the people, stating, "It is to change the owner of this nation's throne." She also offered Hong Eun-jo a new path, signaling the start of a significant transformation and proving her presence as a 'key player' in the drama.

Most notably, Han Ji-hye exuded restrained charisma in scenes where she revealed her hidden influence. She told Hong Eun-jo, "Yesterday's death was my son, today's death was your father. Tomorrow could be your mother, siblings, and then you. At least tomorrow and the next can be changed," delivering her lines with a weighty voice that sent chills down viewers' spines.

As Han Ji-hye's nun character reveals her true intentions, anticipation grows over the turbulent fate she will bring to Do-wol Daegun Lee Yeol (played by Moon Sang-min) and Hong Eun-jo.

With Nam Ji-hyun and Moon Sang-min's souls swapping once again and Han Ji-hye's passionate performance, 'Beloved Thief' continues to entertain viewers every Saturday and Sunday at 9:20 PM on KBS 2TV.
