Netflix's 'Black and White Chef' Star Yoon Nam-no Reveals Personal Story on MBC's 'Save Me! Holmes'


Chef Yoon Nam-no, known for his appearance on Netflix's 'Black and White Chef', is set to reveal his personal story. Recently, Chef Lim Sung-geun from 'Black and White Chef 2' stirred controversy after it was revealed he has six criminal records for DUI and assault.

On the upcoming episode of MBC's 'Save Me! Holmes' (directed by Jung Da-hee, Nam Yoo-jung, Heo Ja-yoon, Kim Sung-nyeon), airing on the 5th, the show will feature a visit to the restaurants and homes of chefs from Netflix's 'Black and White Chef 2'.

The episode will include appearances by Chef Yoon Nam-no, known as the 'Cooking Genius' from 'Black and White Chef 1', and Chef Park Eun-young, the 'Goddess of Chinese Cuisine', alongside celebrity foodie Kim Sook. Together, they will explore the so-called 'Black and White Zone', an area densely populated with restaurants from the show.

The trio will visit areas in Yongsan and Gangnam, examining the local business scenes. In Yongsan, they will not only visit the restaurants of the 'Black and White Chef 2' stars but also their actual living spaces. Additionally, behind-the-scenes stories from 'Black and White Chef' will be unveiled.

The group will also explore 'Yongridan-gil', a prominent commercial area in Yongsan. Chef Park Eun-young comments on the area's blend of traditional and trendy new establishments, stating, "It's a great place for new chefs to establish themselves."

Chef Yoon Nam-no adds, "The range of rental prices offers a wide selection," highlighting the area's competitive edge. During the visit, Yoon Nam-no becomes emotional, surprising everyone. When Kim Sook asks if he considered Yongsan when looking for a place, Yoon Nam-no reveals that his ex-girlfriend lived there, piquing curiosity about the story behind his tears.

MBC's 'Save Me! Holmes' featuring the 'Black and White Zone' episode will air on Thursday, the 5th, at 10 PM.
