On the 4th, a theater representative confirmed to multiple media outlets that "Kim Seon-ho will proceed with the schedule for the play 'Secret Passage: INTERVAL,' which opens on the 13th."
'Secret Passage' is a story about two individuals who, having lost their memories in an unfamiliar space, encounter books filled with intertwined memories. Through these books, they explore connections, death, and the repetition of life in the small gap between life and death. Kim Seon-ho plays the role of Dong-jae, a man who seems to have spent a familiar time in the play.
Currently, Kim Seon-ho is under suspicion of tax evasion, with allegations that he established and operated a performance planning company in January 2024, listing himself as the CEO and his parents as internal directors and auditors, using his residence in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
In response, his agency, Fantagio, stated, "Kim Seon-ho is currently under an exclusive contract with Fantagio in his personal capacity, and he is faithfully complying with all legal and tax procedures related to his current contractual relationship and activities. We want to make it clear that there are no issues concerning Kim Seon-ho's contract and activities with Fantagio."
They further explained, "The previously mentioned one-person corporation was established for theater production and related activities, and it was not set up with the intention of tax avoidance or evasion. However, since moving to Fantagio, no actual business activities have been conducted for over a year, and we are currently in the process of closing the business in accordance with relevant laws and procedures."
