In the video, Seong Hae-eun gives a detailed tour of her new home, presumed to be 'Maple Xi' in Jamwon-dong, Seoul.
Exploring the impressive community facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, golf practice range, and sky bridge, Seong Hae-eun expressed her happiness, saying, "I feel so happy living in such a nice place."
Known as a fitness enthusiast, Seong Hae-eun showed great satisfaction with the apartment's gym, comparable to hotel facilities, and was impressed by the indoor running space.
Her daily life resembles that of a long-term guest at a luxury hotel. Enjoying desserts with a city view at the high-rise community café, she remarked, "It feels like being in a nice hotel lounge," expressing her satisfaction with her luxurious lifestyle.
Additionally, while enjoying breakfast and dinner at the apartment's restaurant, she nostalgically compared it to school meals, saying, "It reminds me of the excitement of school lunches," but humorously noted the limitation of one meal per person as the only downside.
Seong Hae-eun's glamorous transformation contrasts with her past struggles with poverty, which she has openly shared. She once revealed that living in a basement apartment plagued by mold and insects was a major insecurity, recalling her efforts to hide her financial struggles.
In just a few years, Seong Hae-eun transitioned from a flight attendant to an influencer with 1.3 million subscribers, moving into a high-end apartment valued at over 5 billion won (approximately $4.2 million) on her own, drawing significant attention from netizens.
Previously, Seong Hae-eun gained recognition through the TVING original show 'Transit Love 2' and continues to be active in both broadcasting and YouTube.
Born in 1994, Seong Hae-eun is 32 years old and left her five-year career at Korean Air to pursue her career as a YouTuber and influencer after appearing on 'Transit Love 2'.
