Former KBS Announcer Son Mina Shares Her Life Between Korea and Spain

Son Mina, a former KBS announcer, is making headlines as she shares her current lifestyle, splitting her time between Korea and Spain.

Recently, Son Mina's YouTube channel 'Hola Mina' featured a room tour of her Barcelona home.

Before starting the tour, Son Mina stated, "I am living half in Korea and half in Spain. I am going to reveal my Barcelona home for the first time."

Explaining why she chose to live in Spain, Son Mina said, "It's been a little over a year. I decided to live half in Korea and half in Spain, which led me to this house." She added, "Honestly, it's partly because of work, and I have friends here. It's also a great place to travel to, so I found myself coming to Spain quite often. I thought it would be nice to have a house here to avoid carrying unnecessary luggage around."

Son Mina shared, "I decorated the house with the mindset of 'feeling more comfortable and happier when I'm in my Spanish home.' Let me introduce the most significant space in our home," as she revealed the terrace area.

Showcasing the view of the Sagrada Familia, designed by the genius architect, Son Mina boasted, "Tourists from all over the world come to see that cathedral, but I haven't seen a place that offers a view as good as ours. Even rooftop hotels don't offer such a view."

Enchanted by the million-dollar view, she said, "I installed a large table on the terrace to invite people over, and having breakfast here is pure bliss."

She also introduced the trees she is growing herself. Son Mina shared, "Banana trees, olive trees. I received them as small gifts, and they are thriving through the wind and rain. Owning a lemon tree was a dream of mine, although some trees haven't borne fruit yet," expressing her joy in realizing her dream of having a terrace garden. Meanwhile, Son Mina joined KBS as a 24th generation announcer in 1997. After leaving in 2007, she went through a painful divorce and is currently active as a writer and YouTuber.
