According to legal sources on the 29th, the Jeju District Court's Family Division 2 dismissed both the lawsuit filed by Park Ji-yoon against Choi Dong-seok and a woman identified as A, and the lawsuit filed by Choi Dong-seok against Park Ji-yoon and a man identified as B, citing lack of evidence.
However, the divorce proceedings between the two, separate from the adultery lawsuits, have yet to reach a verdict.
Park Ji-yoon and Choi Dong-seok, both former KBS announcers, married in 2009 and have a son and a daughter. They announced their separation in October last year after 14 years of marriage. The couple is currently undergoing divorce mediation at the Jeju District Court, during which they filed mutual adultery lawsuits.
