FTISLAND has renewed their contract with FNC Entertainment, marking two decades of collaboration.
On the 29th, FNC Entertainment announced, "As the founding artist of FNC Entertainment and a leader in the Korean wave of bands, FTISLAND has renewed their contract with us based on the deep trust and belief we've built over the years. It is very meaningful to continue our journey with FTISLAND as we approach the 20th anniversary of FNC Entertainment's founding in 2026, having grown and made history together."
Debuting in 2007, FTISLAND has released numerous hit songs such as 'Love Sick,' 'Thunder,' 'Until You Come,' 'After Love,' 'I Hope,' 'Love Love Love,' 'Severely,' 'PRAY,' and 'Wind,' leading the popularization of band music. They have solidified their position as a representative K-pop band by debuting in the Japanese major market and topping the Oricon charts, as well as expanding their stage through overseas tours.
Last year, through the project 'FTestination,' which encapsulates the group's musical direction and goals, they released a series of digital singles showcasing diverse emotions, proving their presence as an 'ongoing' band that continues to challenge and grow musically.
FTISLAND has also received praise for their solid live performance skills and stage presence as headliners at major music festivals in Korea, and they continue to receive love calls from university festivals, demonstrating their high popularity and influence across generations.
In addition to group activities, the members have pursued solo endeavors in acting, musicals, and variety shows, continuously developing their individual talents and strengths. They have been active both as a team and individually, not missing out on personal growth while maintaining synergy as a group.
FNC Entertainment plans to form a dedicated team for FTISLAND, providing systematic and close management to support their future activities.
