On the 28th, a press conference for KBS 2TV's new weekend drama 'Prescription for Love' was held at The Saint in D-Cube City, Guro-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by actors Jin Se-yeon, Park Ki-woong, Kim Seung-soo, Yoo Ho-jung, Kim Hyung-mook, So Yi-hyun, and director Han Joon-seo.
'Prescription for Love' is a family makeup drama about two families entangled in a 30-year-long feud who resolve their misunderstandings, heal each other's wounds, and eventually come together as one family.
Yoo Ho-jung plays Han Seong-mi, a psychiatrist and the mother of Gong Ju-ah (played by Jin Se-yeon), and she pairs up with actor Kim Seung-soo as her on-screen husband. Yoo Ho-jung shared, "This is my third time playing a married couple with Kim Seung-soo. We are so comfortable with each other now that it felt like acting with a real spouse, making the experience enjoyable."
Returning to the small screen for the first time since the 2015 SBS drama 'Heard It Through the Grapevine', Yoo Ho-jung expressed, "I'm very nervous since it's been so long," with a laugh. She explained her hiatus by saying, "I wanted to spend time with my children as a mother." She added, "I chose this project because I felt it could convey warmth."
'Prescription for Love' is set to premiere on the 31st at 8 PM.
