Highlight's Yang Yoseob to Release Third Solo Mini Album 'Unloved Echo' on February 9
Highlight member Yang Yoseob is set to release his third solo mini album on February 9.

On January 26, at midnight, Yang Yoseob unveiled the comeback trailer and schedule plan image for his third solo mini album 'Unloved Echo' through Highlight's official SNS and YouTube channel. 'Unloved Echo' marks his first solo album in four years and five months since his full-length album 'Chocolate Box' released in September 2021.

The album title 'Unloved Echo' encapsulates the lingering echoes of a fading love, sparking anticipation for Yang Yoseob's new music and message.

The trailer begins with Yang Yoseob inserting film into a projector. He is seen alone in an empty theater, gazing at the screen projected by the projector, creating a deep atmosphere. In a softly lit space, he stares at a vase with vacant eyes or sits by a piano, drawing viewers into his poignant emotions.

Towards the end of the video, Yang Yoseob is seen walking towards the screen, accompanied by the phrase "This is about a short story of a fading love," piquing curiosity about the album's narrative.

Additionally, the schedule plan reveals Yang Yoseob in a mystical mood with pure white wings. He plans to sequentially release the tracklist, album preview, poster and image foreword (Poem version), poster and image sequence (Cinema version), three versions of concept photos, highlight medley, and music video teaser.

Besides his group and solo activities, Yang Yoseob is also active as a musical actor. Last year, he played the lead role of Werther in the musical 'Werther'.
