Meanwhile, it was reported that Lee Byung-hun and Lee Min-jung purchased a building in Oksoo-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, through their corporation 'Project B' for 23.99 billion KRW last August. The debt on the property is said to be 19 billion KRW. The building, acquired by Lee Byung-hun, spans a land area of 732㎡ and a total floor area of 2494.76㎡, with two basement levels and six above-ground floors.
Additionally, Lee Byung-hun bought a building in Yeongdeungpo-gu for 26 billion KRW in 2018 and sold it three years later for 36.8 billion KRW, making a profit of 10.6 billion KRW. It is noted that he earned approximately 1.2 billion KRW annually in rental income before the sale.
