THE BOYZ's Sunwoo has unveiled a digital cover and interview with 'Singles' magazine for their February issue.
In the released pictorial, Sunwoo perfectly embodies a western mood, showcasing his sophisticated and captivating presence, further cementing his reputation as a pictorial master.
In the accompanying interview, Sunwoo discussed THE BOYZ's special stage at the 2025 year-end event, which received a warm response for its meticulous composition and completion. Regarding their performance at the 2025 KBS Song Festival Global Festival, he mentioned incorporating elements reminiscent of 'Road to Kingdom's 'Shangri-La', aiming for fans, known as THE B, to relive that atmosphere. The unit stage with members Juyeon and Q was a project they proposed themselves, choosing Justin Timberlake's 'Like I Love You' and focusing on expressing it as authentically as possible.
Discussing the preparation process, Sunwoo stated, "I believe the stage and I must become one character," revealing that he drew inspiration from actual football game footage and scenes from the movie 'Exhuma' to complete the performance, showcasing his serious attitude towards the stage. He also shared that his recent solo track 'Love Comes Two Steps Behind'(사랑은 두 걸음 뒤에 온다) was inspired by 'Transit Love 4', highlighting his ability to draw inspiration from various content in his daily life.
When talking about his music work, Sunwoo expressed gratitude for the fans' reactions to his SoundCloud releases, stating, "If given the chance, I would like to release music filled with my voice in a way that reaches more people," hinting at his desire for a solo album. Regarding the concert planned for this year, he said, "I want to focus on stages that The B wants to see more than what we want to show," emphasizing his priority on connecting with fans. He described concerts as his happiest moments, saying, "It's a space where I receive THE B's passionate love, and being on stage feels like floating on a cloud," expressing his deep affection for his fans.
