On January 16-18, BLACKPINK held the 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [DEADLINE] IN TOKYO' at the Tokyo Dome. This marks their third appearance at the venue following performances in 2019 and 2023, highlighting their growing influence and scale over the years. The concert sold out immediately upon ticket release, drawing a total of 165,000 fans over three days, showcasing their immense ticket power in Japan.
The excitement for the event was heightened by a series of commemorative pop-up stores and various collaboration merchandise releases. On the first day of the concert, a light-up campaign was simultaneously held at Japan's four major towers: Kobe Port Tower, Tokyo Tower, Nagoya Mirai Tower, and Sapporo TV Tower. The Tokyo Dome area was bustling with fans eagerly lining up to purchase merchandise, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
