In the upcoming fifth episode of tvN's Monday-Tuesday drama 'Spring Fever,' airing on the 19th, the characters Seon Jae-kyu (played by Ahn Bo-hyun), Yoon Bom (played by Lee Joo-bin), Choi Yi-jun (played by Cha Seo-won), Seon Han-gyeol (played by Jo Jun-young), and Choi Se-jin (played by Lee Jae-in) gather ahead of the biggest festival in Shinsu-eup, the school sports day.
Previously, Yoon Bom found herself gradually drawn to Seon Jae-kyu, who has a passionate heart. However, she drew a line, telling him not to approach her further, as he is also the parent of a student she is responsible for. As Seon Jae-kyu tries to resolve this, the Shinsu High School sports day unfolds. The episode ends with Seon Jae-kyu and Choi Yi-jun, representing the white and blue teams respectively, realizing that Yoon Bom's team is the white team, leaving them in a state of surprise.
Stills from the much-anticipated Shinsu High School sports day have been released. Seon Jae-kyu, unaware that Yoon Bom's team has switched to the white team, had initially decided not to participate. As the white team struggles without him, Yoon Bom takes drastic measures. In a desperate move, she kneels before Seon Jae-kyu, raising curiosity about whether she can change his mind.
Meanwhile, Seon Jae-kyu is conflicted as he tries to keep his promise to Seon Han-gyeol to help the blue team win, despite being unable to compete. Will Seon Jae-kyu reverse his decision and join the sports day as Yoon Bom wishes, placing a medal around his dog Bomsik's neck? The internal conflict between his loyalty to Yoon Bom and his nephew Seon Han-gyeol is expected to add depth to the drama.
The production team stated, "Episode 5 will feature a cute and lovely comedy set against the backdrop of the sports day. We hope viewers look forward to the heartwarming and bustling episodes set in the small seaside village."
