Korean singer Sung Si-kyung successfully wrapped up his year-end concert, despite recent challenges.
On December 1st, Sung shared on Instagram, "After the concert, I had two consecutive days of YouTube filming, a family gathering yesterday, and now I'm finally taking a break," along with several photos.
The photos revealed Sung preparing for his concert, with Hwasa making a special guest appearance.
Sung described the event as "a dreamlike year-end," but also mentioned, "I will gather my strength and start 2026," referencing the recent financial misconduct by his former manager. Notably, G-Dragon liked the post.
Sung recently suffered financial losses due to his manager of over a decade. His agency, SK Jaewon, stated, "It was confirmed that Sung's former manager betrayed the company's trust during his tenure. We are aware of the seriousness of the issue and are verifying the exact extent of the damage. The employee has since left the company."
The incident left Sung deeply shaken. Before deciding on the year-end performance, he candidly shared on Instagram, "Honestly, I'm questioning whether I can or should stand on stage in this situation."
