Kim Shin-rok Wins Best Supporting Actress at 2025 MBC Drama Awards

Kim Shin-rok, known for her studies at Seoul National University and the Korea National University of Arts, has been awarded the Best Supporting Actress at the '2025 MBC Drama Awards'.

Portraying the role of Seo Myung-joo, the chairman of Byungmoon High School who pressures students to be number one, in 'Undercover High School', Kim left a strong impression. She received the Best Supporting Actress trophy at the awards ceremony held at the MBC Media Center Public Hall in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, on the evening of the 30th.

In her acceptance speech, Kim Shin-rok reminisced, "I remember my family gathering in front of the TV, watching shows like 'Son and Daughter' and 'Mother's Sea', thinking how entertaining they were." She expressed her disbelief and gratitude, saying, "It's still surreal and deeply moving to be here receiving the MBC Drama Awards' Supporting Actress award today."
