Actress Lee Si-young has come under fire for allegedly causing disturbances at a camping site.
On the 29th, a media outlet reported that "people who frequently camp with actress Lee Si-young have been accused of causing noise and disturbances to those around them."
According to the report, a netizen identified as A claimed on an online camping forum that they experienced noise disturbances from Lee Si-young's camping group at the Jungwon Valley campsite in Yangpyeong on the 22nd.
A described the scene, stating, "A group of young people were freely roaming around. Music was playing from speakers, and one person was walking around shirtless. The campsite felt more like a workshop or a college retreat."
A further explained, "Someone was hosting a game using a microphone, dividing themselves into teams and playing a game similar to guessing song titles from intros. We could hear the host's voice and the shouts of people guessing the answers clearly from inside our tent."
A claimed that the noise caused significant stress for their family, including a 5-year-old child, and that the campsite staff did not intervene. "The loud music played via Bluetooth was so clear that we could sing along from our tent," A added.
The media outlet also reported that A recorded and shared a video of Lee Si-young's camping group enjoying music and games late at night, stating that the mental toll from the incident led them to take a two-month break from camping.
Another camper, identified as B, also spoke out, saying, "They were just as loud on the second night," and suggested that "even if Lee Si-young herself wasn't directly involved, she should be aware that such behavior by her associates could harm her image."
Previously, Lee Si-young surprised netizens with her bold activities during her second pregnancy, including camping, riding motorcycles, hiking, and participating in marathons. She also faced criticism for alleged inappropriate behavior at a restaurant abroad and for referring to her 17-day-old daughter as an 'ornament.'
Lee Si-young married a non-celebrity involved in the restaurant business in 2017, but they divorced earlier this year after eight years. In July, she announced her pregnancy, revealing that she had prepared for a second child through IVF during her marriage. After deciding to proceed with embryo implantation as the storage period was ending, she gave birth to a daughter on the 4th of last month.
