Actress Son Ye-jin revealed that she only realized the significance of a dream she had after winning at the Blue Dragon Film Awards.
On the 26th, the official Blue Dragon Film Awards channel released a video titled "[Blue Dragon Interview] Best Actress Son Ye-jin, 'Dream of Being Pregnant with Twins? I Looked Up the Interpretation.'"
In the video, Son Ye-jin expressed her disbelief and emotion over winning the Best Actress award, saying, "It still feels like a dream. It's so moving and surreal."
She shared an unexpected story that caught attention just before her win. Son Ye-jin said, "A few days before the film festival, my manager told me they had a dream that I was pregnant with twins." She continued, "The next day, they dreamt of winning the lottery, which was so intriguing that I looked up the dream interpretation."
Son Ye-jin added, "I tend to believe in dreams, so I checked the interpretation. It turned out that the dream meant something good would happen to me. I was skeptical, but after winning, I thought, 'Oh, the dream was right,'" she laughed.
When asked about her 3-year-old son, she said, "He's still too young to understand the situation," adding, "I showed him a short video on YouTube, but he didn't seem interested because he didn't know what it was," which brought laughter.
On the same day, her husband, Hyun Bin, also won the Best Actor award for the film 'Harbin,' marking a special moment as the couple received awards together at the Blue Dragon Film Awards, receiving many congratulations.
