Zico, the renowned producer and artist, was honored with the 'Best Producer Award' at the 'MMA2025', while the group BOYNEXTDOOR took home the award for Best Male Group.
The 'MMA2025' (Melon Music Awards 2025) took place on the 20th at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul.
BOYNEXTDOOR expressed their excitement upon receiving the Best Male Group award, stating, "We are thrilled to be called the best group." They added, "We see this award as encouragement to work even harder. We are grateful to the KOZ family who always support us. We promise to return next year with even better performances."
Prior to this, Zico, the head producer of KOZ, received the 'Best Producer Award'. He shared, "Since founding KOZ in 2018, I've been working towards this moment for nearly seven years. Standing here now, it's truly nerve-wracking. I want to thank BOYNEXTDOOR for constantly telling me they'd make me the best producer. I consider this award a representation of all KOZ members." The members of BOYNEXTDOOR responded by forming hearts above their heads.
Meanwhile, 'MMA2025' featured performances by G-DRAGON, Jay Park, 10CM, ZICO, WOODZ, Jennie, Hanroro, EXO, BOYNEXTDOOR, RIIZE, PLAVE, NCT WISH, IDID, ALPHA DRIVE ONE, aespa, IVE, ILLIT, Hearts2Hearts, KiiiKiii, and ALLDAY PROJECT.
