Park Na-rae, embroiled in allegations of misconduct, appeared on 'Save Me! Holmes' without any noticeable edits.
The MBC variety show aired on the 4th featured guest appearances by broadcaster Kang Ji-young and comedian Kang Jae-joon.
Park Na-rae maintained her usual lively demeanor throughout the episode. As the controversy emerged on the day of the broadcast, it seems the production team chose to air the episode without addressing the issue.
Previously, a media outlet reported that Park Na-rae's former managers filed for a provisional seizure of her real estate at the Seoul Western District Court on the 3rd. Her former agency, JDB Entertainment, stated that the lawsuit against Park Na-rae's manager is unrelated to her.
The two former managers who filed the lawsuit were reportedly part of 'N-Park Co., Ltd.,' a one-person agency established in 2018 under Park Na-rae's mother's name. They are preparing a damages lawsuit worth approximately 100 million won, citing workplace harassment, special assault, proxy prescriptions, and unpaid expenses as their grievances.
The former managers claimed that Park Na-rae forced them to run errands, clean up after parties, and accompany her to drinking sessions, treating them like housekeepers. One manager alleged verbal abuse for not drinking alcohol and claimed to have been injured by a glass thrown by Park Na-rae in anger.
The controversy intensified when it was revealed that the one-person agency operated by Park Na-rae's mother was not registered as a cultural arts planning business. Park Na-rae's side stated they would release an official statement after verification and are currently consulting with a lawyer regarding the agency's registration issue.
