Actress Lee Hae-in candidly revealed the story behind becoming a property owner worth 4 billion KRW (approximately $3.4 million).

On the 3rd, the 'One Mic' channel released a video titled "[On-site Mic] Did She Marry a Billionaire? Visiting Her Real Home | EP.36 Lee Hae-in."

In the video, Lee Hae-in shared, "I've lived in Gimpo for a long time. A duplex was my dream," as she introduced her luxurious duplex house located in Gimpo, drawing attention. Regarding her journey to becoming a property owner, Lee Hae-in explained, "I started investing in real estate in my 20s. I even attended property owner study groups. I tried driving nice cars, but real estate was what remained," and she achieved her dream of becoming a property owner on November 3, 2025.

She also opened up about facing financial difficulties during her acting career, saying, "Thinking about what to eat tomorrow was terrifying," and "I didn't have everything growing up. I was often sick as a child, and I remember not being able to get an IV drip when I wanted one. I grew up eating bread soaked in tears. I never want to pass this on to my future children," emphasizing her efforts towards financial independence to avoid passing on poverty.

Lee Hae-in debuted as a CF model in 2005 and appeared in dramas like 'Golden Fish,' 'Five Fingers,' and 'The Great Seer.' She gained attention as the 'Deer Girl' on tvN's variety show 'Rollercoaster' and debuted as a singer with the 7-member girl group Gang Kiz in 2012. Later, she changed her stage name to 'Lee Ji' and gained attention for her content featuring piano performances in revealing outfits.
