K-Indie Lounge Unveils Four New Releases in November: A Journey Through Emotions and Insights

The Korea Music Label Industry Association's 'K-Indie Lounge' introduces four new releases this November, each exploring themes of farewell, recovery, comfort, growth, social messages, and self-reflection. These new works reaffirm the emotional resonance that music can provide.

First, singer-songwriter Hong Isaac from Archive Morning released his digital single 'Hello, Goodbye.' on November 12 at 6 PM. This marks his first new song in nine months since his mini-album 'The Lovers Note' in February. The single includes two tracks, 'Hello, Goodbye.' and 'My Little Town,' which calmly depict the complex emotions and inner conflicts following a breakup. The warm acoustic sound combined with Hong Isaac's relaxed vocals delivers a heartfelt message.

Artist MITI from weete showcases provocative energy with her first G-Funk style single 'socks.' The funky sound, based on R&B/Soul, naturally moves the listener and delivers a playful critique of a society conforming to mundane standards through the unique theme of 'socks.'

The female duo band OmO from Rockstar Music & Live released their fifth single 'Homage' on November 18. This song reflects on the experience of losing oneself by emulating others who have become objects of admiration during childhood. It serves as a tribute and comfort to those imperfect times, conveying a message that one can become whole even amidst imperfections. OmO leaves a record of growth that transcends simple sound.

On November 19, singer-songwriter Agenda from Stoneship released a new single 'gill' in collaboration with producer Whyahyun. The song likens the struggle of dealing with a cheating partner to a fish gasping for air out of water. With soft, refined vocals, sensory lyrics, and Whyahyun's fresh sound production, it offers a unique auditory experience. As the first single following Agenda's debut full-length album in August, it heightens anticipation for Agenda's intimate sensibility and artistic direction.

Meanwhile, the Korea Music Label Industry Association successfully hosted the '2025 Jeju Music Weekend' on November 15, in collaboration with Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, Jeju Content Agency, and Jeju Music Creation Center. Celebrating its fifth year, the event provided a meaningful platform for sharing the potential of Jeju's music ecosystem and directions for expanding its creative foundation through seminars, showcases, and networking programs.
