Former 5dolls member, known as Singer No. 67, is facing elimination.
On the episode of JTBC's 'Sing Again: Unknown Singer Season 4' aired on the 18th, the third round rival battle continued. Singer No. 67 faced off against Singer No. 30.
Singer No. 67 explained choosing No. 30 as an opponent, saying, "I didn't want to pick Singer No. 17, who was on the same team. I was intimidated by Singer No. 39's experience, so I chose No. 30."
Singer No. 30 took the stage, saying, "The song I'm singing today is as well-known in Korea as 'Arirang.'" The song chosen was Kim Hyun-sik's 'My Love by My Side.'
Singer No. 30 filled the stage with solid vocals and deep emotion. Kim Eana praised, "Singer No. 30's voice is unique. It sometimes sounds like a frightened young girl and at other times like a mother singing a lullaby."
Taeyeon added, "It felt like they were telling their own story. The charming vocals and skills were evident, and I enjoyed it very much."
Next, Singer No. 67 performed Yangpa's 'Love.. What Is It.' Singer No. 67 explained the song choice, "In rounds 1 and 2, I focused on performance, but today I wanted to show a new side with delicate singing."
Baek Ji-young commented on Singer No. 67's performance, "I love Singer No. 67's vocals. They have a very soft voice but also possess the skill to unleash their vocal power. The powerful parts were very well executed."
Kyuhyun remarked, "To be honest, the performance felt rushed. I wish there had been a more relaxed arrangement to better showcase Singer No. 67's individuality."
The result was 7:1. Singer No. 30 won and advanced to the fourth round. Singer No. 67 became a candidate for elimination, leaving the judges expressing regret and disappointment.
