ENHYPEN has set a new personal record with their Japanese single.
According to the Recording Industry Association of Japan on the 12th, ENHYPEN's fourth Japanese single '宵 -YOI-' has surpassed 750,000 cumulative shipments as of October, earning the 'Triple Platinum' certification. This marks the first time ENHYPEN has achieved a 'Triple Platinum' status. The association certifies albums based on cumulative shipments with categories such as 'Gold' (100,000), 'Platinum' (250,000), 'Double Platinum' (500,000), and 'Triple Platinum' (750,000).
'宵 -YOI-' was released on July 29 and achieved 'Double Platinum' status by surpassing 500,000 shipments in just three days. It reached 'Triple Platinum' status within three months.
This single is also ENHYPEN's first Japanese release to achieve 'Half Million Seller' status in its first week. It dominated various local charts, including Oricon's 'Daily Single Ranking' and 'Weekly Single Ranking', as well as Billboard Japan's 'Top Single Sales'.
With '宵 -YOI-' shining as a 'Triple Platinum' single, ENHYPEN now holds a total of 15 Gold Disc certified albums, including two 'Double Platinum', six 'Platinum', and seven 'Gold' certifications.
Celebrating their 5th anniversary, ENHYPEN will host the 'ENHYPEN 5th ENniversary Night' on the 22nd at Lotte World Adventure in Songpa-gu, Seoul, with 3,000 fans, known as ENGENE.
