Korean actress Jeon Won-ju recently visited a plastic surgery clinic to get an estimate.
On the 11th, Jeon Won-ju's YouTube channel 'Jeon Won-ju_Main Character' released a video titled 'Shocking Plastic Surgery Estimate!! How Much Did 'Frugal Jeon Won-ju' Spend on Her Face??'.
In the video, Jeon expressed her concerns about her appearance, saying, "I'm worried about the wrinkles on my face. I wish it were firmer."
Reflecting on her past, she shared, "My mother was very concerned about my appearance. In the entertainment industry, you have to be pretty to get good roles. Back when only two students from my entire school went to college, my mother taught me and sent me to college, hoping I'd become a teacher and marry well. But it didn't work out that way."
Jeon also revealed, "My mother took me to many plastic surgeons, but they said there was too much to fix and turned us away." She added, "These days, when I appear on talk shows, I can't laugh. My face becomes wrinkled like a washboard."
Jeon admitted to envying the beautiful appearance of actress Jang Mi-hee in the past, saying, "I often played the maid in her household roles, so I wasn't treated well. I cried a lot alone in the corner." She praised the looks of younger actresses Kim Tae-hee and Han Ga-in, and confessed, "Kim Hye-soo has the face I envy."
At the clinic, Jeon received a positive assessment, being told she looked young for her age. However, she was recommended a series of procedures including double eyelid surgery, upper and lower eyelid surgery, fat repositioning, facelift, neck lift, fat grafting, and Botox, with a total estimate ranging from 40 to 50 million won.
Shocked by the estimate, Jeon opted only for Botox, priced at 100,000 won per area. She also generously paid for Botox for the PD, whom she considers like a son, spending a total of 400,000 won.
Meanwhile, when asked by the PD about her 'investment secrets', the '3 billion won asset holder' Jeon advised, "Don't be greedy. Climb step by step," and mentioned holding stable stocks in Hyundai, aside from SK Hynix, which she bought at around 20,000 won.
