Episodes 3 and 4 of the KBS 2TV weekend mini-series 'Last Summer', airing on the 8th and 9th, will see Baek Do-ha (played by Lee Jae-wook) taking unexpected actions that leave Song Ha-kyung (played by Choi Sung-eun) bewildered. The series has struggled with low ratings, recording 2.7% for its first episode and 2.2% for the second.
Ahead of the third episode, stills released on the 7th show Ha-kyung looking shocked as she reviews public contest documents handed to her by Jeon Ye-eun (played by Kang Seung-hyun). Ye-eun, who previously demoted Ha-kyung to a local office, once again puts her in a difficult position. Ha-kyung is seen grappling with complex emotions after reviewing the documents.
Meanwhile, Do-ha appears in front of a confused Ha-kyung, who gives him a sharp look as if to say, "Why are you here?" In contrast, Do-ha responds with a gentle smile, creating a stark contrast between the two.
Returning after two years, Do-ha opposes Ha-kyung's wall demolition project and refuses to sell their jointly-owned property, maintaining their adversarial relationship. Viewers are curious about the real reason behind Do-ha's visit to Ha-kyung's workplace.
Episode 3 of 'Last Summer' airs on the 8th at 9:20 PM.
