On the 23rd, G-DRAGON was named in the 'Golden Disc Powerhouse 40,' announced via the official website and SNS channels of the 'Golden Disc Awards.'

Notably, G-DRAGON is the only dual honoree, recognized both as an individual and as part of a group, underscoring his unparalleled influence in Korean pop music history.

This dual recognition symbolizes the acknowledgment of G-DRAGON's artistic individuality and group synergy, officially affirming his status as an icon who has propelled the globalization of K-pop, according to his agency.

Meanwhile, G-DRAGON has proven his immense popularity by successfully completing performances across the Asia-Pacific region, including Seoul, Tokyo, Bulacan, Osaka, Macau, Sydney, Melbourne, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, and Hong Kong. He also performed in major U.S. cities such as Newark, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, as well as in Paris, France, and an encore concert in Osaka. He is set to continue his third world tour, 'Übermensch,' with encore performances in Taipei and Hanoi in November, and in Seoul in December.
