Before his debut, broadcaster Joo Woo-jae achieved a monthly sales milestone of 30 million KRW through his online store. Now, he offers advice on various concerns through his YouTube channel.
On his YouTube channel 'Today's Joo Woo-jae,' the model and broadcaster released a video titled 'Everyone Has Different Worries... But I'll Listen to Them All! ISTP Joo Woo-jae's Counseling Center.'
In the video, Joo Woo-jae took time to listen to his subscribers' various concerns. One subscriber shared, "In this era of self-promotion, I often feel scared and overwhelmed. Can you share some tips?"
Joo Woo-jae responded, "There's no secret tip for this. You have to face it and gain experience. I was extremely introverted myself," he recalled. "Back in school, I even found it difficult to press the bus stop button," he added, reminiscing about his past.
He continued, "I was so introverted that it was really tough. You need to realize that nothing significant happens when you don't hold back. It's all about experience."
Joo Woo-jae then addressed another concern. A subscriber asked, "How do I deal with a friend who uses 'T' as an excuse to speak harshly, especially when I can't cut ties with them?" Joo Woo-jae shared, "I encounter people like that too. Some say I'm pretending to be more detached because I sometimes cry on broadcasts. But I have to express what I feel, or I get uncomfortable."
He added, "I have to speak based on what I see and feel. If I fake it, it feels awkward. Even in entertainment settings, if I have to pretend, it feels too fake for me to engage. People who pretend to be 'T' are misunderstanding what it means."
