On the 15th, Heo Nam-joon was interviewed at a café in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, where he discussed his role in the JTBC drama 'A Hundred Memories'. The series portrays the radiant friendship between bus guide Go Young-rae (played by Kim Da-mi) and Seo Jong-hee (played by Shin Ye-eun), and their poignant first love surrounding the character Han Jae-pil. Heo Nam-joon plays the role of Han Jae-pil.
When asked why he chose this project, Heo Nam-joon explained, "The script was so engaging. There were moments that made me laugh out loud while reading it." He added, "It's rare to have such an experience, but I read the entire script in one sitting. It felt incredibly entertaining, which drew me to it."
Heo Nam-joon did not hold back his praise for Kim Da-mi, saying, "She is incredibly meticulous and thoroughly prepared. When we talk on set, I often think, 'Wow, she can analyze the script this deeply.' Watching her made me resolve to approach my work with the same dedication."
He continued, "Our chemistry while acting was great, and she was very supportive during discussions. Although she's usually quiet, she has a playful side, which made her feel like an older sister," he said with a smile.
