Song Joong-ki's Heartfelt Moment with Chun Woo-hee in 'My Youth' Final Episode
As 'My Youth' approaches its finale, Song Joong-ki conveys his heartfelt emotions to Chun Woo-hee.

In the 12th episode of JTBC's 'My Youth' (directed by Lee Sang-yeob and Go Hye-jin, written by Park Si-hyun), which aired on the 17th at 9:50 PM, a poignant conversation between Chun Woo-hae (played by Song Joong-ki) and Sung Jae-yeon (played by Chun Woo-hee) was depicted.

In this episode, Chun Woo-hae wakes up to find Sung Jae-yeon by his side. He asks, "Why did you call everyone here?" With tears in her eyes, Sung Jae-yeon replies, "I called everyone because I was afraid it might be the last time." In response, Chun Woo-hae gently strokes her hand and says, "Thank you."

Sung Jae-yeon inquires about the doctor's opinion, to which Chun Woo-hae responds, "Do you remember the last clinical trial discussion? The best we can do now is to proceed as soon as I recover a bit." He continues, "It's a clinical trial, so we don't know how effective the drug will be. Even if it's a good drug, there's no guarantee my body will hold out until it's commercialized."

Chun Woo-hae expresses his desire to stay with his loved ones, saying, "Even if I die, I want to be here with my people." Sung Jae-yeon insists, "No, you have to go." When Chun Woo-hae looks puzzled, she explains, "When I first heard about the clinical trial at the flower shop, I was unemployed and thought about going with you. Initially, it seemed like a sacrifice in a new and unfamiliar country."

Sung Jae-yeon continues, "By sacrificing for you, staying by your side, we would wear each other down." Chun Woo-hae questions, "Why do you think so much? Why think that far?" Sung Jae-yeon admits, "I wanted to pretend I didn't know, but that's reality." Chun Woo-hae confesses, "I've already sent my heart away. What do we do now?" Sung Jae-yeon suggests, "Let's promise something, anything, for the better," extending her finger for a promise.

Meanwhile, 'My Youth' concluded without surpassing a 2% viewership rating. According to Nielsen Korea on the 18th, the previous day's broadcast of JTBC's drama 'My Youth' recorded a 2.1% viewership rating (based on nationwide paid households, provided by Nielsen).
