Jo Hye-ryun shares the news of Park Mi-sun's completion of breast cancer treatment.
On the October 15th episode of tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block,' Jo Hye-ryun and Lee Kyung-sil made an appearance.
Earlier this year, Park Mi-sun discovered she was in the early stages of breast cancer during a routine hospital check-up. She subsequently paused her activities to focus on treatment and rest. Jo Hye-ryun commented, "I mentioned Mi-sun on the radio recently, and unexpectedly, numerous articles were published about it." She continued, "One day, Mi-sun called me. I was scared to answer, thinking I might get scolded."
Jo Hye-ryun relayed Park Mi-sun's words, "I have completed my treatment successfully, and thank you for praying for me." Jo added, "Contrary to my worries, she was very understanding." She also expressed gratitude, saying, "I was thankful that she shared the good news with me first."
Jo Hye-ryun reflected, "When I was taking a break from broadcasting, I realized this is how Kyung-sil reached out to me, and I am grateful." She added, "It made me feel like we are not alone; we are family," expressing her emotions.
