In the 19th episode of KBS 2TV's weekend drama 'Glorious Days' (directed by Kim Hyung-seok, written by So Hyun-kyung), which aired at 8 PM on the 11th, Lee Ji-hyuk (played by Jung Il-woo) witnesses Ji Eun-oh (played by Jung In-sun) and Lee Sang-chul (played by Chun Ho-jin) enjoying a small birthday party at a convenience store, leading to a mix of misunderstandings and jealousy.
During the episode, Lee Ji-hyuk mistakenly believes that Ji Eun-oh has a boyfriend, not realizing that the man with her at the convenience store is Lee Sang-chul. Meanwhile, Lee Sang-chul feels grateful to Ji Eun-oh for celebrating his birthday and understanding his complicated feelings.
Later, Lee Ji-hyuk decides to merge offices with Ji Eun-oh and tries to focus solely on work. However, his jealousy and concern from the previous night linger, prompting him to warn Ji Eun-oh to "be careful of people," especially men. He also shares his concerns about Ji Eun-oh's supposed boyfriend with Park Sung-jae (played by Yoon Hyun-min). On the other hand, Ji Eun-oh is puzzled by Lee Ji-hyuk's concern despite his cold demeanor.
Tensions also rise between Lee Sang-chul and Kim Da-jung (played by Kim Hee-jung). Kim Da-jung feels betrayed after discovering that Lee Sang-chul lied about his class schedule and hid the fact that he passed a written exam. Lee Sang-chul finally opens up to Kim Da-jung about his true feelings.
Go Sung-hee (played by Lee Tae-ran) meets with the hospital director to plan for a liver transplant from Eun-oh. Meanwhile, Park Young-ra (played by Park Jung-yeon) lies to Sung-hee for the first time to have the art studio to herself and read comic books in peace.
Elsewhere, Ji Kang-oh (played by Yang Hyuk) visits his mother Jung Soon-hee's (played by Kim Jung-young) store. Ji Eun-oh tries to stop Ji Kang-oh from leaving, but Jung Soon-hee intervenes and drives him away, leaving Ji Kang-oh hurt and heading to a sauna.
After overhearing a fight between Sang-chul and Da-jung, Ji-hyuk offers Sang-chul financial help, but Sang-chul's pride leads to another argument with Ji-hyuk, resulting in Sang-chul leaving home. With nowhere to go, Sang-chul spends the night in a café storage room, unaware that it was Ji-hyuk's space, and reads Ji-hyuk's notes left behind.
Lee Ji-hyuk and Ji Eun-oh begin transforming the café into an office. Lee Ji-hyuk's determination to secure a space for Ji Eun-oh creates tension as she struggles to understand his intentions. During an argument, Lee Ji-hyuk inadvertently confesses his feelings, saying, "I guess I like you," leaving viewers on the edge of their seats.
The 20th episode of KBS 2TV's 'Glorious Days' will air on the 12th at 8 PM.
