Singer Imujin revealed that if he hadn't pursued a career in music, he might have become a perfumer or a carpenter.
On the 27th, Imujin performed his hit songs 'Can You Spare a Moment' and 'Episode' at the '2025 ATA Festival' held at Nanji Hangang Park in Seoul.
During the event, Imujin expressed his excitement, saying, "It's great to meet you all on such a wonderful day." He added, "If I hadn't dedicated my life to music, I might have become a perfumer or a carpenter, as I've always loved creating things since I was young."
Imujin also shared his desire to see a particular artist from his ongoing content series 'Limousine Service' at the ATA Festival. He mentioned, "Singer Seori, who appeared on the show a while ago, is someone I'd love to see at next year's ATA Festival. Her voice resonating here would be truly beautiful."
Imujin offered advice to 'Sing Again 4' contestants, saying, "Of course, everyone here is passionate, so you must give it your all. However, remember that the competition isn't everything; it's a broadcast. While musical recognition is important, showcasing other aspects of yourself is equally vital."
The ATA Festival lineup on the 27th included headliner Kim Junsu, sub-headliner Jannabi, and Peppertones. Other performers included Imujin, 10cm, H1-KEY, Say My Name, Kyungseo, Park Hye-won, and Hwang Garam. On the second day (28th), headliner Kim Jaejoong will take the stage, along with K-pop idol groups The Boyz, Tours, Cravity, Ha Sung-woon, Fifty Fifty, 82Major, QWER, Eunice, Bad Villain, and New Beat, who will light up the riverside.
Imujin gained public recognition as contestant number 63 on JTBC's 'Sing Again – The Unknown Singer' in 2020, finishing in third place. He released the single 'Bapsae' in May, following his mini-album 'Manhwa (滿花)' last year, which highlighted the brighter side of youth. 'Bapsae' explores moments of frustration that everyone experiences. Additionally, he featured in singer Big Naughty's single 'Bye Bye,' released on the 12th.
The ATA Festival at Nanji Hangang Park offers convenient access with a free shuttle bus service running between DMC (Digital Media City Station) and the venue.
